What is a typical personal training session look like?

Depending on your goals, gym history and any injuries. Dana customizes each individual client's sessions based on your needs and wants. During 60 minutes of training (unless any injuries are cleared by a physician), you can expect challenging, varied workouts that will help your specific goals. All movements are recorded to ensure the workouts are effective. During the session, Dana makes sure to go over any exercise concerns outside a training session, nutrition, sleep schedule and how you are feeling mentally.

How long are your in-person sessions at Rec Room?

60 minutes per session.

How often should I exercise with Dana?

It depends on your goals, budget and your availability! Most clients meet with their fitness instructor for 1–3 sessions a week. The centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) recommends adults at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity. 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity each week. Children spend 60 minutes each day.

What does 1:1 online training look like with DF.FITNESS LLC?

Clients will receive full access to a fitness and nutrition app. In Dana’s fitness app there are videos and detailed instructions of every workout that is personalized to your goals. As well as, customized macronutrients to suit your goals. Weekly updates and weekly progress pictures. 24 hr. Messaging for any concerns or questions you may have. 

How can I stay motivated?

Staying patient and consistent will help you achieve your goals. Set realistic goals for yourself. You should reward yourself. When you hit your achievements, reward yourself! Make working out fun!

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours in advance, the minimum to cancel or reschedule. Failure to give notice may encounter a cancelation fee. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
