Meet me
Hello I am Dana! I grew up in Nevada and I have lived here my entire life playing sports, hiking, going to the gym and running cross country. I am currently pursuing my healthcare degree. In 2018, I competed in Virginia in the NCAA Cross Country division 2. In 2022, my journey of weight-lifting had developed and I became more confident with Resistance training.
I currently specialize in endurance athlete’s—Athletes who are looking to improve their running skills, or looking to begin their running journey. I also help clients who are in need of a personal trainer for overall training need’s.
My overall mission for my clients, is to help them set and achieve their realistic goals, gain confidence, change unhealthy lifestyle habits, focus on sleep recovery, reduce risk of exercise injury, as well as establish a balance between mental and physical health.
